01 Design
Intention Meets Direction
The 1st milestone in The Madera Process. We welcome this occasion to formally introduce ourselves, begin an open dialogue about your style preferences, material preferences, and most importantly –Budget! This critical step sets the tone for the entire project. The knowledge obtained provides the Madera team the creative juices necessary to draft a beautiful design, based exclusively to your requirements.
02 Design
Inspiration Forms Creation
Fueled by client inspiration, Madera will create a custom preliminary design concept for your space. These images will be sent to you through your Madera Client Portal. Our objective is that our preliminary design captures all the details that are important to our clients. Our commitment to each client is to provide our full, undivided efforts and invest the necessary time to achieve a harmonized vision.

03 Revision
Innovation Unites Collaboration
After reviewing your preliminary design, we encourage you to submit revision requests by making notes directly on the images that are sent to you. You can then submit your revision requests through the Madera Client Portal. Our response to your requests will include updated design images, reflecting the modifications, and preliminary budget for your project.
04 Budget
Practicality Aligns Conception
We recognize the importance of transparency in numbers. Helping identify all aspects of the design and how they relate to the budget is vital. With honest feedback, we can customize your design to truly meet your budget goals. Our belief is that Madera Cabinets will always find a way to get you more of what you want for your investment versus our competitors.

05 Agreement
Intentions Grant Commitment
Our agreement process was designed to promote open communication, full transparency, and to define the expectations of all parties. It is fundamental to begin each project confidentially, with clear expectations. We create each agreement as an opportunity to push the limits for customer service, to challenge ourselves to be at our best , and to consistently offer a better experience that any ever before.
